How to Use
- Wet your body first with lukewarm water. Let that water go everywhere.
-If using a loofah, body pouf, or washcloth, apply the gel on your body, not on the cloth, then work it in with your tool.
-For better circulation always move from upright with your hands. Start at your feet and work the lather up to your neck
-Rinse with lukewarm water. For the Champions finish with a cold shower for 30 seconds
